A Complaint being made concerning the
seldome sitting of the Comrs of Baltemore

County whereby the suitors to the sd Court are much delayed
and also put to Extraordinary Attendance and charge—
Ordered That Mr Mills draw up the said Greivance in writing
and present it to the house to morrow morning And that Capt
Waterton and Mr Holt Assist him therein
Mr George Robotham and Mr John Edmondson from the

speake to that purpose in his speech
