Gaurdian or other Trustee by them Imployed, & shall yearely
and euery yeare Call the said Gaurdian or Trustee to accot for
the same, & duely Inspect what of the said debts they haue
Receiued or might haue Receiued, & if the said Gaurdian or
Trustee faile to giue in his accot yearely or by fraud or Collour
neglect or forbeare to Receiue the same, the said Gaurdian or
Trustee shall stand Charged with and accountable for euery
such debt by them Reced & nott accountable for, or neglected
or forborne to bee Recouered.
10: That the Justices of the County Courts take able &
sufficient security for orphans estates & enquier yearely of the
security & if they see Just Cause that they Requier new or
better security & vpon Refuseall to giue new or better security
to Remoue the orphans estates into better handes, & further
that the Justices of the County Court shall yearely in June
Court enquier by a Jury of Twelue men whether the orphans
bee kept mainetained & educated according to theire estates, &
whether Apprentices are yearely taught theire Trades or Rig-
orously vsed or tourned to Comon Labour att the Ax & Hoe
instead of Learning theire Trade, & if they find the orphans
not maintained & educated by the Gaurdians according to
theire estate, or the Apprentices neglected to bee taught theire
Trades vpon ptence that the Last yeare is enough to Learne
the Trade, that they Remoue them to other Gaurdians &
Masters Respectiuely, And in Case the Jury shall find that any
Apprentice is not taught his trade butt putt to other Labour
as aforesaid the County Court shall Condemne the Master of
such Apprentice to make the Apprentice such satisfaccon as
in Justice his yeares Labour att other worke shall deserve &
ffiue hundred pounds of Tob more to bee paid to the said
orphan.
11: That the Justices of the County Courts Cause the Con-
dicons of the bonds they take of Gaurdians or Trustees for
orphans estates to bee exactly drawne according to this Act &
Recorded in theire County Courts & the Indentures for the
Apprentices, Likewise that itt may duely appeare to Jurys
whither Gaurdians Trustees or Masters doe Right & Justice to
Apprentices & to the Country, that the Justices doe Right
betweene them, & to that end that they Cause the Clerke of
theire Court to prsent the Jury with a List of the orphans &
Apprentices of theire County euery June Court.

for Collecting of debts due to orphans then Tenn in the Hun-
dred the vsuall alloweance to Admrs & ffactors by Merchants.
And further in Regaurd yor Lordshipp by yor Comission to
yor Judge or Comissary Genll for probate of Wills & granting
Admstracons hath saued to all persons theire Right of appeale
