irons untill he shall be delivered by due course of Law, which
order issued to the said Sheriff as followeth viz^t

By the Councill

Order Giles Porter of Caecill County having been accused
before this Board for treasonable words by him spoken
against the King's most excellent Majesty that now is ordered
that the Sheriff of S^t Maryes County forthwith take the said
Giles Porter into his Custody and him a close Prisoner in Irons
keep untill he shall be delivered by due course of Law.
Dated att the Councill Chamber att the Citty of S^t
Maryes the 16^th day of Sept: in the XI^th year of the
Dominion of the R^t hon^ble Charles &c. Ann: Dom:

make their personall appearance att the next Provinciall Court
