                    George Manners demandeth of Jno Hatch & Rich: Banks as

                  aforesd 450 l Tob & cask dew uppon acct & seruice being

                  Coronr

            

                     By the Gour & Grall of Mary Land.

                    These are to giue notice to all the Inhabts of this County, &

                  unto all others whom it may concerne, tht I haue adiorned this

                  prnt Court, untill the 5th of ffeb. next reinforceing all writts,

                  warrts or other processes returnable this Court, wth all references

                  & orders made to this Court, untill the 5th of ffeb. And all

                  Jurors & others warned uppon summons, bownd to attend this

                  Court are to take notice hereof, & giue their attendance att

                  the Court to be held att St Maries on the 5th of ffeb as afore.

                  Gyuen att St Maries this 8th Jan. 1648. Tho: Greene.

            

                    A true Inuentory of the goods of Willm Smithfeild deceased

                  & appraysed by the oaths of three sufficient men. Viz Jno

                  Grimsditch, Jno Shirtliffe & Rich: Neuett Wth the prices in Tob.
