                  borough sayth uppon his oath That Mr Thorneborough being

                  to come up to Mary-Land wth Mr Caluert he the sd Mr Throne

                  borugh desyred tht the sd Mr Calvert would declare before the

                  whole Company that was to come up wth him tht he did for

                  giue him, for what had passed in Mary-Land. And the sd Mr

                  Caluert being acquainted wth it, by this Dept & Jno Jarbo. sayd

                  before the whole company then prnt, tht he did freely forgiue

                  him & further added tht whatsoeur was his formerly in Mary

                  Land he did confirme unto him the sd Mr Thorneborough &

                  further he sayth not.
