        It was ordered by the Court that Richard Garnett should

      pay all the residue of John Briant's estate remaining in his

      hands vnaccompted for, vnto mr Thomas Copley toward the

      satisfaction of his debt; reserving onely 28 l of tobacco in his

      hands, wherewth to defend himselfe in law against other

      creditors.

     

      May 7th 1638

     

        Capt: George Evelin this day assumeth and vndertaketh

      before mee to pay and satisfie vnto John dandie, all such

      arreares of wages as shalbe in Court adiudged to be due vnto
