Boate hands and other Necessaries for Speedy Sending a Let-
ter to Collonll Nicholas Spencer in Virginia

himself For his Tryall Tomorrow Morning

James is to come to his Tryall Tomorrow Morning and to de-
sire them to acquaint this house Who shall be imployed by
them to Mannage the Said Impeachmt

in pursuance to a Peticon exhibited by Major Truman for that
purpose
