An Act for Confirmacon notwithstanding any omis-
sions of Record.
The Lt Genrall Retornes a in his power to give an
answere to that bill whilst from his father the Lord
Propry.
Mr Truman from the upp house with the votes for Officers
pay. assented to by the upp house.
Mr Speaker apointed Mr Carvile Mr Dent, Mr Ward Capt
Wells Major Brookes and Capt Burges to be a Comittee to
Draw up the law for Empowring the Gournor and Councell to
lay the publique leavy for next yeare.
They goe upon Charge.
Lt Coll Jarbo & Capt Boarm t to the upp house to
Know if the 50000l Tob Raysed last yeare b nke still or
not, or whether any pt of it be Expended or not.
They Retorne and b ere the Lt Genrall hath it all in
banke, ready for the se Country.
Mr Weekes sent t house to acquain Lt Genrall
that at prsent they have them he retornes.
Came the ho ancelor from the upp house with the Act
for allowance of time to the Countyes for Erecting
Courthowses and prisons. wch is hed in the upp house.
