It was Comanded the Sherrife of S^t
Maries County That Whereas at a Pro^all.
C^rt holden here the 9^th day of ffebruary
in the 27^th yeare of the dominion of

Caecilius &c. in a suite depending between the Plaintife &
defend^t the s^d Plaintife recovered ag^t the defend^t Judgm^t for
the Sume of 2000^ls sterling & for th^t Execucon had not there-
upon Issued th^t by good & Lawfull men of his Bayliwick he
make knowne to the s^d Jo. Bailey th? he be & appeare here
this day to Shew Cause if anie he could why Execucon should
not issue forth ag^t him
At w^ch day to wit the Eighteenth day of Aprill in the 42t^h
yeare of the Dominion of Caecilius &c. Came the s^d Sherrife
& Retornes to the Court here th^t he hath made knowne unto
the s^d Jo. Bailey as the Writ Requires him in the Presence of
Jo. Warreck Charles Delaroche & Peter Delaroch & the s^d Jo.
Bailey came Likewise
And the s^d Jo. Bailey Shewing noe sufficient Cause to the
C^rt here It is Comanded the same Sherrife th^t he take the s^d
Jo. Bailey &c. & him safe in his Custodie keep soe th^t he Have
his Body here the Twelfth day of May next to Satisfie the s^d
Reymond the Judgm^t aforesd^d
At w^ch s^d 12^th day of May the same Sherrife Retornes the

writ afores^d & Saith th^t he hath taken the s^d Jo. Bailey whose
Bodie he hath at the day and place as the writ Requires
Uppon the Peticon of Jo. Bailey th^t in ffebruary C^rt 1668 he
had Judgment ag^t him at the suite of Reymond Stapleford for
100^ls Sterling & through the mistake of the then Clerke the
Judgm^t was Entered for noe Certaine summe to be Received
ag^t w^ch Judgm^t the Peticon^t preferred his bill in Chancery to
w^ch the s^d Stapleford Answ^rs upon Oath & therein ownes the s^d
Judgm^t to be but for One hundred Pounds Sterling & in De-
cember C^rt 1670 the Peticon^r then Complt & the defend^t being
upon Arbitracon their Attorneys let the s^d Cause in Chancery
be discontinued since w^ch the s^d Stapleford falsely informing
his Excelency th^t the s^d Judgm^t was for Two Thousand Pounds
Sterling Procured ord^r for a Scire facias ag^t the Peticon^r to
shew Cause why Execucon should not issue for 2000^ls Sterling
