The Howse called All present (Except Mr Preston as afore)
Mr Speaker Ordered Coll Nath: Vtye to prsent those two
Petns of Mr Henry Adams, & John Miller, wth this howses
Vote & Judgmt thereon, debated in this howse on Saturday
last, to the Vpper howse.
Mr Speaker motions the howse, That there were Certaine
Lawes made the Last Assembly; Wch his Lp does somthing
dislike, & desyres they may bee amended in Certaine Clauses.
And thereuppon proposed, in case the whole howse agree
thereto, to appoynt two or three Members of this howse, to
ioyne in a Committee wth the Upper howse to amend, or draw
up those Acts, anew wch his Lp. hath signifyed his dislike to,
for the more speedy dispatch of busines.
Therefore the Lower howse doe humbly pray tht the Leiut
Grall would please to appoynt a Certaine Number of the

That the former Act made Ano 1663 Int Quiet-
ting Possesns bee amended by a Committee by both
howses. But cannot, untill they haue consulted wth their Re-
spective Counties agree to repeale the same totally. And
therefore doe desyre tht the Leiut Grall would appoynt Cer-
taine Members of tht howse to ioyne in Committee wth Cer-
taine Members of this howse for the amendmt of that Act.
