Spacelab project engineer, Lockheed Corporation, at Goddard Space Flight Center, 1982-86. Executive Director, Center for a New Democracy, 1994-96. Founder and first executive director, National Network to End Domestic Violence, 1996-99. Member, Diversity Leadership Council, Maryland Democratic Party, 2010-.
