C. Moller. being our Contract #0236, was awarded to Mr. I. C. Holler, at his bid of $25,732.51 for a macadam roadway, as recommended by Chairman '.Yelier, Assistant Chairman Zouck, and Chief Sngineer Shirley, in their letters of March 22nd, 1913.
