Page 460. $19,536.54, for a concrete roadway, this bid being $4,458.86 below our approximate estimate on same, and $3,350.11 lees than the bid of said firm on macadam for said work, this being in accordance with the recommendation of Chief Sngineer Shirley, under date of April 1st, 1913. Upon motion of Kr.
