Chairman 7/eller reported to the Commission that the State has made arrangements for new quarters for the Commission in the Garrett Building, and that plane have been prepared for the floor to be occupied by the commission. A special meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices, 534 U. Howard Street, Baltimore, Md., this Monday, April 7th, 1913, at 9:30 A. M. Present: Chairman Weller, Dr. Remsen, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Goslin and Ramsay. Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Ramsay, the minutes of the last meeting were approved. Upon motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Goslin, the Extension of time for tho com- time for the completion of the contract for the repair of the pletion of contract for ropair of Severn River Bridge. Severn River Bridge, \7. H. French, Contractor, was extended from March 30th, 1913, to May 1st, 1913, as recommended by Chief Sngineer Shirley in his letter of March 29th, 1913. Present. Approval of Minutes, Contract for the improvement of road from Hechanicsville Upon motion of Dr. P.erasen, seconded by Mr. Ramsay, the contract for the Improvement of the road leading from Mechanicsville northerly northerty to Oaks, awarded to to Oaks, in St. Mary's County, a distance of about 4.80 miles, being Hassam Paving Company.
