MoGready be accepted, as of June 22, 1912, to take effect July 22, 1912. The motion was seconded by Dr. Remsen, and adopted. Mr. Goslln moved that all engineering inspectors, patrolmen, and others in charge of State Road work be notified to carefully observe the number of any motor vehicle traveling on the particular highways on which they are at work, at a higher rate of speed than allowed by the Uotor Vehicle Law, and to promptly report same to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicle Licenses. The motion was seconded by Mr. Miller, and adopted. A delegation from Frederick County, with Messrs. Renner, Dennis, and others, as spokesmen, appeared before the Board, requesting the improvement of the section of road from Frederick through Walkersville, Woodsboro and Ladiesburg, to the Pennsylvania State Line. In compliance with request of the Board of June 5, 1912, for an opinion from Counsel as to the taking over of the bridge across College Creek in Anne Arundel County, Mr. Greenbaum stated that he did not think it incumbent upon the Commission to assume Jursidlotion or control over said bridge until the Commission is ready to proceed with the reconstruction of the bfldge. fbl « Commission is not under any legal obligations to take it up at any particular tine, and that it seemed to him proper to wait until the improvements to the section of the road (including tfcie bridge) are undertaken. On motion of Dr. Remeen, seconded by Mr. Miller, the Commission adjourned to meet at its offices on Wednesday, June
