Minutes approved, Survey authorized between Hook Hall and Chestertown. Contract with U.D.Rloh Co, for portion of Waah.Boulv, approved* Motion to adjourn* Adjournment. A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at Its offices, 532 II. Howard Street, Baltimore, Md., this Wednesday, June 19th, 1912, at 10:30 A. LI. Present: Chairman Weller, Dr. Romeen, Messrs. Ramsay and Goslln. The minutes of the meeting of the Commission of June 12, 1912, were read and approved. On notion of Dr. Rensen, seconded by Mr. Goslin, the application of the County Commissioners of Kent County, dated February 29, 1912, for a survey of State road between Rook Hall and Chestertown, in Kent County, was granted. On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr, Ramsay, the supplemental contract agreed upon by the Chairman with the U. D. Rich Company, under date of June 22nd, 1912, regarding the build-Ing of that portion of the Washington Boulevard in commotion with the Washington Spa Spring and Gretta Railway Company, was confirmed. On motion of Dr. Penmen, seconded by Mr. Goslin, the Commission adjourned subject to the call of the Chairman. ADJOURHSD: Attest: Secretary, |
