Mr. Ramsay moved that there be referred to Counsel,for report et the next meeting of the Commission, the matter of shortening Contract #0145 of the Highway Construction Company in Allegany County, except that portion between Station #282 and Station #486, a distance of about 20,300 lineal feet, which portion of said contract is to be oonpleted not later than October 1, 1912. The motion was seconded by Dr. Remsen, and adopted. On motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Dr. Remsen, the Commission adjourned to moot at 9 A. M. on Wednesday, June 12, 1912. ADJOURHED. Distribution of Motor Vehicle License Fund. A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission w&s held at its offices, 532 H. Howard Street, Baltimore, Md., this Wednesday, June 12, 191£, at 9 A.M. Present: Chairman teller. Dr. Remeec, Messrs. Ramsay, Miller and Goslin. The minutes of the meeting of the Commission of June 5th, * 1912, were read and approved. On motion of Senator Goslin, seconded by Dr. Remsen, the matter of the distribution of the Motor Vehicle License Fund was referred to Counsel for report and recommendation. On recommendation of Counsel and on motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Ramsay, it was ordered that the distribution of the Motor Vehicle License Fund which has been reported to this Commission by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicle Licenses, showing a net balance of $66*915.66 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1912, be apportioned for the maintenance of 290.38 miles of State Roads and 174.95 miles of State Aid Roads, in the following manner: Baltimore City, .
