RoJA Page 401. Baltimore, Hd., March 29. 1912. Slghty-fifty meeting. Proeent. Minutes approved, Request of Capt.Thomson for change in Dovor Bridge over Choptank Rivor. Final estimate on Contract Ho. 033 ordered paid. A Speoial Hooting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Maryland, this Friday. Maroh 29th, 1913, at 11 A. M. Present -.Chairman teller, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hut ton and Lloyd. The minutes of the meeting of the Commission held Maroh 25th, were read and approved. The request of Captain Thomson, Vloe President and General Manager of the B. C. & A. Railway Company to have changes made in the draw of the Dover Bridge over the Choptank River was thoroughly discussed by the Commission, and on motion of Mr* Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Eutton, it was deemed unwise to make the changes suggested by Captain Thomson. Dr. Clark moved that the final estimate on Contract #033 in Calvert County, amounting to $8029.50, be approved and paid as soon as funds are available, the work accepted and the bond released. The notion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. Section of Falls ?.d. from lit. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by LSr. Eutton, it was agreed that the portion of the Falls Road from Mt. Washington iVaehington to Seminary Ave. to Seminary Avenue (Baltimore County) a distance of about 4 miles, to be taken over as State Syst. be taken over by the State Roads Commission as a part of its system as laid out. On motion of Mr. Lloyd, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the request of the County Commissioners of Talbot County for plans and specifications and an estimate of the cost of constructing one mile of State Aid Road between Baston and Tunis Mills, known as the Miles River Hoad, was approved. Plane, etc., for Lliles River Road approved. Approved bills ordorod paid. Motion to, Adjourn. Adjournment. Dr. Clark moved that all bills this dqr approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted. On motion of Dr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the Commission adjourned to meet at its offices on April 4th at 11 A. M. AJDJOURHSD.
