| Page 400, Baltimore, Md., March 25, 1912, Slghty-fourth Meeting. Present. Minutes approved. Extension of time on Contract #073 (Baker & Smith). Payments to P. Flanigan & Sons on Contracts #0251-0254. Hesolutions to bo drafted regarding retirement of Mr.Tucker Approved Bills ordered Paid, Motion to Adjourn. Adjournment. The regular semi-monthly meeting of the State Roads Coramiusion was hold at its officoc in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this lionday, Itoroh 25th, 1912, at 11 A. M. Present: Chairman '//eller, Dr. Reason, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker, Button and Lloyd. The minutes of the meeting of the Commission held March 16th were read and approved. Dr. Season moved that an extension of time on Contract $073, as requested by Messrs. Baker & Smith, contractors, be granted to June 1st, 1912, as soon as funds are available for continuing the work. Mr. Shoemaker seconded the notion, which was carried. Dr. Rensen moved that the recommendation of the Chief Engineer as to the payment to Messrs. P. Flanigan £ Sons of $7000 on Contract #0254 (Garrison Avenue), end $15,000 on Contract #0251 (Harford Road), be approved, and that these amounts be paid Messrs. Flanigan without prejudice, as soon us funds are available. The notion being seconded by Kr« Shoemaker, was carried. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, Dr. Rensen and Mr. Button were appointed a Committee to draft resolutions regarding the retirement frora the Commission of Mr. Tuoker. Dr. Clark moved that all bills, this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion vsras seconded by LIr. Lloyd, and adopted. On motion of Mr. Shoema]-er, seconded by lir.
