| ReJA Pago 350. Detailed report and criticism on Gaithereburg-Darnestovm Hoad in Montgomery County. Continuation of work on Con- tract #0122. Allowance for stone on Contract #043(31kton-Singerly Rd.) Approved bills ordered paid, Motion to adjourn. Adjournment. by JJr. Hut ton, referred to the Counsel to the Commission, for report. The Chairman stated that he had received from Mr, LI. D. Knight, Hoad Superintendent for Montgomery County, a communication stating that work on the Gaithorsburg-Darnestown Road had been completed, and asking that same be accepted by the Commission. Mr. Hutton moved that the Sngineering Department be instructed to make a detailed report and criticism of the work on Contract £0231 {Gaithorsburg-Darnostown Hoad), and submit sane to the Board. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Governor Crothers, the question of continuing work on Contract #0122 in Ilent County, (Juniata Paving Company, contractors), was referred to the Chairman, with power. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the question of an extra allowance to George M. Prech, contractor, for the use of trap rock instead of liBlestone on Contract #043 (Slkton-Singerly 2oad) was referred to the Chairman, with power. Governor Crothers moved that all bills, this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was seconded by Ur. Hutton, and adopted. On motion, duly seconded, the Commicsion adjourned.
