Page 321. Salary of Roland Watte increased. Payment for Fenby Pike, Repair of Wharves in Worcester County. that of ^oland Watte (Engineer Inspector) from $900. to $1100. per year, in accordance with recommendation of Chief Engineer. The motion was eeoonded by Governor Orothers, and adopted. On motion of Mr. Button, seconded by I.Ir. Shoemaker, the Chairman was authorized to make payment for the Fenby Pike, amounting to Hine Thousand Dollars. The communication of Mr. F. L. V/ilson of Pocomoke City, Md., under date of Uay 26th, 1911, relative to the repair of wharves in Worcester County, was, on motion of IJr. Hutton, seconded by IJr. Lloyd, referred to the Chairman. On motion of I.Ir. Shoemaker, seconded by Dr. Rernsen, the •Counsel 'to represented State Counsel was authorized to employ local counsel to represent the P.ds.Corrmi'n in case of Smith. State Roads Commission in V/r.shington County in the case of Smith vs. State Roads Commission. Contracts for Bovor Bridge to be signed. • Motion to Adjourn. Adjournment. Dr. Rerasen moved that the Chairman be authorized to sign contracts for the Dover Bridge Hoad from Easton to Tan Yard (State Aid Contract #164B2). The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. On motion, duly seconded, the Commission adjourned. AD JOUP1T3D: Attest Secretary. Baltimore, Lid., Juno 19th, 1911. The Regular Semi-Monthly Meeting of the State Roads Commission which was postponed from June 15th, was held at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Monday, June 19th, 1911, at ten o'clock A. M. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Dr. Remsen, Llesers. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd. The minutes of meeting of June 1st, 1911, were, on motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, approved.
