Page 267. Damage to property of Mt. Vernon-V/oodberry Cotton Duok Company on Palls Rd. luatter of liquidated damages on contracts 050-051 referred to Auditing Com. Cost of pumping outfit on Contract #0231 referred to Auditing Committee with pov^er. A communication from the Hount Vornon-Woodherry Cotton T)uck Company relative to damage to their property on the ^alls Poad amounting to $500. was read to the Commission, and on motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Dr. Remsen, this question was referred to the Counsel to the Commission with the request that he report to the "Poard. The Chairman read two communications from the Juniata Paving Company regarding liquidated damages on Contract #051 ( Caroline County) amounting to $860.00, and on Contract #050, $120.00, giving reasons why these damages should not "he deducted from the final estimates on these contracts. On motion of T)r. pemsen, seconded by Governor Crothars these matters were referred to the Auditing Committee, with power to act. The County Commissioners of "ontgcmery County, by communication under date of T>ecember 1st, 1910, requested the Commission to reconsider the allowance of cost of pumping outfit for use on Contract #0231, amounting to $101.92, and on motion of TH-. '"lark, seconded by Governor Crothars, the question was referred to the Chairman and Auditing Commit tey with power to act. Final Estimate of Talbott Co.-State Hd#l referred to Auditing Committee. Governor Croth^rs moved that the t^inal Estimate of the F. A. Talbott Company on State Road >To. l, Section 15 A'R1, in •Baltimore County, "be referred to the Auditing Committee. The motion was seconded by Dr. P.emsen, and adopted. On motion of Governor croth^rs, seconded by "r.
