Fourth, that when suitable weathar arrives in tha spring for pitching, tha Contractor ba instructad to go ahaad with tha same, and that ha will than ba allowed, as axtra work, the coat of watar binding tha macadam this fall aftar pitching was ordered stopped and the cost of swapping tha watar bound macadam in tha spring to prapara it for tha pitching. On motion, duly seconded and adoptad, tha Chairman was authorized to communicate with J-'r. parkhouse to the affect that tha State Roads Commission will not objact to his raquast if ap-provad by tho Highways Con-mission of Baltimore "ounty, provided this waiting houaa is r amoved at any time that tha State Roads Commisoion may raquira it.
