Re-TA Page 222. Survey ordered of road from Glenburnie to Old Stage Ro~d, Approved Bills ordered paid, otion to Adjourn. Adjournment. On motion of r.r. Shoemaker, duly seconded by yr. Hutton, it -/as ordered that a survey "he made from fTlenburnie to the Old Stage Poad near Welham on the east side of the Short Line railroad, the survey to "he made for reference in selecting that portion of the road "between "Roone's Station and Baltimore City. Governor brothers moved that all "hills, this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was duly seconded and adopted. On motion, duly seconded and adopted, the Commission adjourned to meet at its "offices, Union Trust building,"Baltimore, Kd., on Thursday, August llth, 1910, at 10:3o A. V. Permit of Susquehanna Transmission Company to cross Phila.Rd. referred to Counsel of Cozmr'n. The Regular nemi-monthly Meeting of the State Roads Conmiseicn was hald at its offices, Union Trust Building, "Paltimore, Kd., this ^riday, August 12th, 1910, at 11 o'clock A. ". Present: Governor crothers, nhairman Tucker, ^esBrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the commission were not read. The Susquehanna Transmission Company of •"aryland presented an application and permit to cross the Philadelphis Road in Baltimore County with all such wires as may "he strung from its poles or towers, as shown on "blue print, this day filed with the Commission. On motion of IT. shoemaker, seconded by rr. Hutton, the said application and permit v/ere referred to Counsel and Chief Engineer of the Commission with the request that they report on same to the Board. The motion was adopted.
