It was moved and seconded that the Tiberty Road in "Baltimore County from the City Limits to muck's Lane, a distance of one mile, ba awarded to P. Flanigan & Sons, the approbate amount of their bid price being $13,165.36. The motion was adopted. Upon motion, duly seconded and adopted, the road in Cecil County from "^Ikton to gingerly was awarded to fteorge ". "Preen, the aggregate amount of his bid price being $21,883.82, with the understanding that the stone used is to be of trap rock. It was moved and seconded that the "Belair Poad, in "Baltimore County, from the City Limits to Ovarlea, a distance of about three and 41/100 miles, be awarded to E. p. Lindsay, the aggregate amount of his bid price being $58,461.79, if upon investi/ration he is found to be financially responsible. The motion was adopted. It was "loved and seconded that the Liberty Road from Walbruok Junction to the City Limits be awarded to the ?'onroe paving Company, the aggravate amount of their bid price being $106,823.12, if, on investigation, its financial standing is found to be satisfactory. The motion was adopted. It was moved and seconded that the section of the Harfcrd Road from TTorth Avenue to Atlantic Avenue be awarded to P. ^lanican >> & Sons, the aggregate amount of their bid price "being $146,293.50. The motion was adopted. It was moved and seconded that the contract for the second section of the Harford Road from Atlantic Avenue to the City Limits be awarded to Warren "Brothers Company, including the bridge, with the understanding that the type of bridge is to "be decided later. Upon motion of f'r. Hutton, duly seconded by "r. Shoemaker, it was ordered that the Chairman be authorized to sign the working agreement botween the State Roads Commission and the United Railways and Electric Company. The motion was adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the Chairman be authorized to sign the contracts for the Post Road in Harford County for the State Roads CommiBoion. ?nr. Hutton seconded the motion, which was adopted.
