Tt was understood that the recretary would return the papers to * r. Shriver. The County Conmi si5ionera of "arolir.e County appeared before the Commission in reference to road work in that county. The Chairman ard ^np;ineer were requested to have a conference with the Commissioners at two o'clock P, 'r. A delegation representing the ^el Air J^oad came before the Commission, asking ".vhen work on the road would commence and requesting that at least something be done this winter so as to make the road passable. The Commission took the matter under consideration. The Chairman presented a list of bills amounting to £ir>15. 89, which had "been approved by the Auditing Committee, On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by I'r. Shoemaker, the payment of said bills was authorized. The bills were as follows-
