Tucker, ................... 35.21 C. 7\ "Reneon, (Typewriting)........ 3.00 The Chairman presented a bill of the County Commis-cioners of "Worcester County, for stone, freight, implements, materials, labor and supervision, in the building of a mile of road in said County, amounting to $6648.66. T>r. Remeen moved that the bill cf the County Commissioners, amounting to $6648.66, as above, be paid, after the bills have been audited arid found correct. The motion was seconded by "r. Shoemaker, and adopted. Vr. Mutton moved that the County commissioners of V/orcester County be authorized and empowered to continue the work of road building in said County. The motion was seconded by Governor Crotherc, and adopted. The Chairman presented a bill from the County Com-miceioners of Somerset County, for v/crk done and materials furnished on the State ]?oad in said County, amounting to $2263.37, Y/hich had been approved "by the Roads "^ngineer of the County, and the County Commissioners, and Trr. Shoemaker moved that the bill be paid, after the bills have been audited and found correct. The motion wat seconded by Governor brothers, and adopted. "r. Shoemaker moved that the matter of the re-location of the road in Worcester County be left with the Chairman and "^nrineer to take up and report. The motion was seconded by Governor Crothers, ard adopted. J-'r. Shoemaker moved that the matter of re-locating the road in Carroll County be left to the Chairman and ""'ngineer. The motion was seconded by Governor Crothers, and adopted. I'r. Shoemaker moved that the Counsel to the Commission be rocuested to have the title to the "Baltimore ft Liberty Turnpike Company searched. The motion was seconded "by T)r. Clark, and adopted.
