Permission to Park Heights Water Company to Lay Service Pipe on Park Heights Avenue. y.otion to Adjourn. Ad j o u rrr.ne n t. next mooting of this Commission. The motion was seconded by ?.fr. Mutton and adopted • The secretary read a communication from the '•''ayor and common council of the Incorporated Town of Sykesville, ?Td., offering 1500 feet of improved macadam highway, running through the tov.'n of Sykesville. The matter went over until the next meeting of the Commission, when it will "be taken up in connection with a similar proposition from "t?. 'T?. C-oslin of Caroline County, regarding the taking over of streets or highways running through incorporated towns. ?'r. Shoemaker moved that permission be granted the Park Heights Water Company to lay a three-quarter inch service pipe from the main on the -.vest side of Park Heights Avenue, to be laid at a point 165 feet north of "Belvedere Avenue, the pipe to run for a distance of 4 feet across Park Heights Avenue. The motion was seconded by L'r. Hutton and adopted. C-overnor Crothers moved that the Commission adjourn subject to the call of the Chairman. Dr. Clark seconded the motion, v/hich was adopted.
