Plans and Specifications for Road running throutfi ?rederick, Carroll and Howard Counties to the Montgomery County Line. Motion to Adjourn. Adjournment, ished road from Rockvillw and running westerly towards Gaithers-burg. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the purchase of the necessary steel for the bridge work in St. Mary's County at a price of $535,00, be authorized. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton and adopted. It was moved, seconded and carried that the bill of i-r. F. C. Hutton for personal expenses amounting to $31.28 be paid. !/r. Shoemaker moved that the engineer be instructed to prepare plans and specifications for a road commencing at Ridgeville on the Frederick Pike and running south towards Damascus through Frederick, Carroll and Howard Counties to the Montgomery County line. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Commission adjourn. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton, and adopted. Attest: Chairman. Baltimore, September 27th, 1909. Sixty-first Meeting. Present. Reading and Approval of Minutes. A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Monday, September 27th, 1909, at its offices, Union # Trust "Building, Baltimore, Md., at 10 o'clock A. v. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Dr. Remsen, and Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were read, and on motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Hutton, were approved.
