    To the Honorable Orphans' Court for Kent County
                               Maryland

We the undersigned being duly authorized by the warrant
hereto annexed and having qualified as by said warrant required
to appraise the Rental value of the Real Estate of Alexander H.
Willson late of Kent County deceased having viewed and examined
the said Real Estate do make the following report

This property consists of a farm or plantation lying in Eastern
Neck in the fifth Election district of Kent County and Containing
about one hundred and Forty Acres of Land divided
into 3 fields of about Twenty Acres Each

    The improvements consist of a Story and a half frame dwelling
and the usual outbuildings, barn, granary, Stable and
Corn House   also a small tenant house

                   The two dwellings are in fair Condition and the
Outhouses in very bard order   The fencing is in good Condition

    There is on this Estate a Peach Orchard of about Fifteen
hundred trees
                      There are about twenty five acres in wood and
marsh.   We have fixed the annual Rent of the said property
as follows:   One hundred and Sixty dollars and one half
of the net proceeds of the fruit crop for the farm and
twenty ^five^ dollars for the tenant house  making for the whole
property the sum of one hundred and Eighty five dollars
and one half of the proceeds from the fruit crop

    All of which we return under our hands and seals
this 8th day of Jany A. D. 1878

             To the Hon Orphans Court for Kent County
                               Maryland

We the undersigned as directed by the Orphans' Court for
Kent County Md have on this 28th day of February 1878
proceeded to make estimate and fix the annual rental value
of the Real Estate of the late G. M. Hart deceased

       We find upon the premises the following property
    1 Dwelling house and Kitchen 1 Drug Store in bad repair
    1 Meat house in good repair 1 corn house (new)
                                                                               over
