124 We the Subscribers appointed by the Orphans Court of Kent County Maryland to view the estate of Araminta M. Gooding deceased and to Estimate the Annual Value thereof and further to do whatever is enjoined by the annexed appointment Do hereby Certify that we have valued the real Estate of Araminta M. Gooding late of Kent County deceased and Estimate the Annual Value thereof at One Hundred and Seventy Five dollars This Real Estate consists of two Lots of Land situate in the Village of Galena in the first Election District of Kent County upon each of which are erected dwelling Houses and appurtenances and we more fully describe them any their condition as follows viz. Lot No 2. where Araminta M. Gooding occupied at the time of her decease contains about one fourth part of an acre of land upon which is a Dwelling House with four rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the Second floor with Kitchen one room on first floor and an old loft above The Dwelling is about 28 feet by 30 feet and the Kitchen about 20 feet by 13 feet also upon the same lot of land is a corn House about twelve feet square and a poultry House about ten feet square also a pump in good condition The Dwelling upon this lot of land is in very bad repair and the front yard fence is about worthless and the whole place is in a condition of delapidation Lot No 2. where Mr Voshell now occupied contains about one fourth acre of Land upon which is a Dwelling house two Stories high dimensions on the ground about 18 by 20 feet two rooms on first floor three rooms on the second floor and two in the Garret with Shed and Kitchen attached also a cellar and good front Porch also one Meat House about 10 feet square one old delapidated Stable Pump in good condition with fencing in bad condition The Dwelling upon this lot is in tolerable condition but the property on this lot as a whole wants attention The Rental value of Lot No 1 we estimate its annual valuation at Seventy five dollars and the rental valuation of lot No 2 we estimate its annual valuation at One Hundred dollars in the aggregate making the annual Sum of one hundred and Seventy five dollars which we have herein before mentioned In witness whereof we have hereto annexed our said appointment and the Oath by us taken this Seventeenth day of September in the year of one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven Jos P.
