A Carriage House 12 x 16 feet in fair repair. A Stable and feed room 12 x 2o also in fair condition with a small Poultry house attached. The fencing on the premises is in bad condition A Store House 16 x 20 feet one and a half stories with shed on south side 12 x 20 feet all in good repair. A Granary 22 x 26 feet and 12 feet high divided into 12 Garners below and all in one large room above stairs Granary in fair repair All the above being the joint property of Hanson Crew dec'd and J. R. Crew according to vouchers in the hands of J. R. Crew and shown us by said J. R. Crew We therefore estimate the Annual Rental value of Hanson Crew dec'd portion of said real property to be ninety dollars per annum Given under our hands and seals this Sixteenth day of June Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven 1877 Henry T.
