including about 30 Pear trees of inferior quality.  The residue of the
land is in yard Garden Stable yard and ect

    The Buildings are a Dwelling house 16 x 20 feet one and a half
stories high; one room and entry below and one room above stairs in
good repair Kitchen 16 x 20 feet one and a half stories with
two rooms below & two above in bad repair and with very poor roof
on it.   A Carriage House 12 x 16 feet in fair repair.  A Stable
and feed room 12 x 2o  also in fair condition with a small Poultry
house attached.   The fencing on the premises is in bad condition
A Store House 16 x 20 feet one and a half stories with shed on south
side 12 x 20 feet all in good repair.      A Granary 22 x 26 feet
and 12 feet high divided into 12 Garners below and all in one
large room above stairs   Granary in fair repair

All the above being the joint property of Hanson Crew dec'd and
J. R. Crew according to vouchers in the hands of J. R. Crew and shown
us by said J. R. Crew

    We therefore estimate the Annual Rental value of Hanson Crew dec'd
portion of said real property to be ninety dollars per annum

    Given under our hands and seals this Sixteenth day of June

    By Virtue of an Order of the Hon Orphans Court for
Kent County Maryland passed July 24 1877 and warrant
thereunder directed to John Brice and John A. Rollison to
Examine the Real Estate of Henrietta E. Willson late of Kent
County deceased in the hands of J. B. Willson Executor of said
deceased and acting Guardian to the minor heirs of said
deceased And Estimate the annual value thereof.  We the
^Said^ John Brice and John A. Rollison after having qualified
under said warrant did proceed to discharge the duties thereby
imposed and now report as follows:
             The Said REal Estate consists of several tracts or parcels
of described and valued as follows

No 1  is a farm or plantation lying and being in Eastern neck and
on or near the public Road leading from Rock Hall to Eastern
