107 to Constables & shall well & truly account for all money which he shall receive on judgment & shall well & truly pay over the same & shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the said County in the state of maryland then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force & virtue Signed sealed & delivered Charles Shenton (seal) in presence of Benja Keene (seal) John Muir Isaac Dunnock (seal) John Thompson In Justice of the Peace of the state of maryland in & for Dorchester County do hereby certify that John Muir & John Thompson Comss the day appeared before me & took the following oath we the subscribing witnesses to the within bond do make oath that the obligors mentioned in the said bond did severally in our presence sign seal & deliver the said bond as their act & deed for the purposes therein mentioned Given under my hand this 17th day of april AD 1843 John G. Abbott J.P. Bond State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond Ex.d from was recorded 17th april 1843 to wit Know all W.m W Graham men by these presents that we William Graham Edward Willing & Edward Willing & of Dorchester County & state John G. Abbott of Maryland are held & firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said state or its certain to which payment well & truly to be made & done we bind ourselves our heirs executors & adminis jointly & severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals & dated this 17th day of april 1843. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden William Graham shall well & faithfully execute the office of Constable in no 5 election district in Dorchester County in all thing appertaining thereto ^and shall also well and truly account for all monies placed in his hands for Collection^ and shall also well & truly pay all sums of money received by him agreeably to an act of the general assembly passed at November session Eighteen hundred & nine entitled an "act relating to Constable's Bonds" and shall well & truly account for all monies which he shall receive on judgments and shall well & truly pay over the same and shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the said County in the state of Maryland then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force & virtue Signed sealed & delivered William N Graham (seal) in presence of Edward Willing (seal) John Muir John G Abbott (seal) John Thompson |
