106 executors & administrators jointly & severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals & dated this 17th day of april A.D. 1843 The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Edward Willing shall well & faithfully execute the office of Constable in number 6 election district in Dorchester County in all things appertaining thereto & shall also well & truly account for all moneys placed in his hand for collection & shall also well & truly pay all sums of money received by him agreeably to an act of the general assembly passed at November session Eighteen hundred & nine entitled an "act relating to Constables bonds & Shall well & truly account for all money which he shall receive on judgments & Shall well & truly pay over the same & shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the said County in the State of Maryland then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force & virtue Signed sealed & delivered Edward Willing (seal) in presence of Stewart Geoghegan (seal) John Muir William W Grayham (seal) I John Abbott a Justice of the Peace of the state of maryland in & for Dorchester County do hereby certify that John Muir & John Thompson Comssrs this day appeared before me & took the following oath W the subscribing witnesses to the within bond do make oath that the obligors mentioned in the said bond did severally in our presence sign seal & deliver the said bond as their act & see for the purposes therein mentioned Given under my hand this 17th day of April AD. 1843 John P Abbott J.P.
