105 we Isaac Dunnock Samuel Dunnock & Charles Shenton all of Dorchester County in the state of Maryland are held & firmly bound unto the state of Maryland in the full & just sum of Two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said state or its certain Attorney to which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day of April A D 1843. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Isaac Dunnock shall well & faithfully execute the office of Constable in no 6 election district is Dorchester County in all thing appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all monies placed in his hands for collection and shall also well & truly pay all sums of money received by him agreeably to an act of the general assembly passed at November session Eighteen hundred & nine entitled an act relating to Constables bonds and shall well & truly account for all money which he shall receive on judgments and shall well & truly pay over the same and shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the said County in the state of Maryland then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue Signed sealed and delivered in presence of Isaac I.
