under limited circumstances.

Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

-    revising waiver provisions of the Planned Development zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

(1)     Planning Board consider certain rustic road laws and Executive Regulations in

(3)     Department of Transportation may grant certain waivers.
