AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    adding a definition for "automobile sales, retail showroom"; and

-    adding "automobile sales, retail showroom", as a permitted use in the TS-M
Zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

-    Permitting the density of development on a lot with more than one of the
CBD-1, CBD-2, and CBD-3 zones to be averaged across the lot.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
