AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    permitting outdoor storage of materials used in conjunction with uses permitted
in the I-1, I-2, and I-4 zones; and

-    permit temporary outdoor storage in the I-3 zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-5.2                                        "Land Uses"

Section 59-C-5.21                                        "Allowable Uses"

-    allowing greater coverage of a lot or parcel by greenhouses in the Rural, Rural
Cluster, and Rural Density Transfer Zones, subject to site plan approval.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-9                                        "Agricultural Zones"

Section 59-C-9.46                                     "Maximum Lot Coverage"
