for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, and capital
equipping of the Towson Roundabout Park, located on Towson
Circle in Towson (Baltimore County)............................................ 175,000
(AM) Annmarie Garden. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of the Koenig Private Foundation, Inc.
for the planning, design, construction, engineering, and capital
equipping of the new building holding a visitors center,
exhibition hall, educational facility, and community room,
located in Solomons (Calvert County)........................................... 150,000
(AN) Volunteer Fire Department Training Center at North Beach.
Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the
amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors
of North Beach Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. for the
construction, repair, renovation, and capital equipping of the
training center section of the North Beach Volunteer Fire
Department station, located in North Beach (Calvert County).. 200,000
(AO) Camp Todd. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $50,000 or
(ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council, Inc.
for the planning, design, and construction of a program center
at Camp Todd, located in Denton. Notwithstanding Section 1(5)
of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real property, in
kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date
of this Act (Caroline County)......................................................... 50,000
(AP) Denton National Guard Armory. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of the County Commissioners of Caroline
County for the repair, reconstruction, renovation, and capital
equipping of the Denton National Guard Armory to provide
community meeting and gymnasium space, located in Denton,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Caroline
County)............................................................................................ 50,000
(AQ) Danele Shipley Memorial Arena. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Carroll County
Agriculture Center, Inc. for the construction and the capital
equipping of the Danele Shipley Memorial Arena, located in
