lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Zion Christian Middle
School, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital
equipping of a new multipurpose building, located in Baltimore
City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of real property or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).................................... 150,000
(AF) Artificial Turf Field. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$400,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County
for the planning, design, and construction of an artificial turf
field, to be located in Catonsville (Baltimore County)................. 400,000
(AG) Irvine Nature Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of the Irvine Nature Center for the
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of the new
administration, classroom, and laboratory building for the
Irvine Nature Center, located in Owings Mills. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property or funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Baltimore County)......................................................................... 300,000
(AH) Mental Health Community Rehabilitation Center. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of Prologue,
Inc. for the construction of a mental health community
rehabilitation center, located in Pikesville. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore
County)............................................................................................ 150,000
(AI) Perry Hall Mansion. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$225,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County,
for the renovation, interior restoration, and capital equipping of
the Perry Hall Mansion, located in Perry Hall, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore County). 225,000
(AJ) Randallstown Community Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Baltimore County for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the new Randallstown Community Center,
located in Randallstown (Baltimore County)................................ 250,000
(AK) Todd's Inheritance. Provide a grant of $275,000 to the County
Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the
