(Z) L.A.M.B. Community Resource Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of L.A.M.B., Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction and capital equipping of the L.A.M.B.
Community Resource Center, located on East North Avenue, in
Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Baltimore City)................................................................ 125,000
(AA) Legends Park. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $25,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Baltimore Development Corporation, for the
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of
Legends Park, located in Baltimore City (Baltimore City)......... 25,000
(AB) Morgan Christian Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of the Morgan Christian Center, Inc. for
the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of structural repairs and
improvements, as well as handicap-accessibility modifications
to the Morgan Christian Center, located in Baltimore.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City). 200,000
(AC) Peale Museum. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of the Baltimore City Historical Society,
Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Peale Museum,
located on Holliday Street in Baltimore City, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore City)..... 125,000
(AD) The Powerhouse. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of The East Harbor Community
Development Corporation for the planning, design,
construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of a community center, to be located in Baltimore
City, subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and
convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust-
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Baltimore City)........................................................................ 125,000
(AE) Zion Christian Middle School. Provide a grant equal to the
