A. Ex.d & Del.d Know all Men by these presents that Mary Hanbury of Stoke Newington in the County of Middlesex Widow of Capel Hanbury Deceased and John Hunter late of South Street Westminster but now of Bath in the County of Somerset Esquire which said Mary Hanbury and John Hunter are the Surviving Executrix and Executor of the aforesaid Capel Hanbury late of London Merchant deceased (Mark Beaufoy the other Executor named in the Will of the said Capel Hanbury having departed this Life) and David Barclay of Youngsbury in the County of Herts Richard Garney of Norwich in the County of Norfolk and John Lloyd late of Bartholomew Clase but now of Tower Street London Merchant Executors of Osgood Hanbury late of London Merchant deceased which said Capel Hanbury and Osgood Hanbury were late partners in Trade under the Firm of "Capel & Osgood Hanbury" Have made ordained constituted authorized and appointed and by these presents Do and each and every of them Doth make ordain constitute authorize and appoint John Clapham of High Street Saint Mary Lebone in the County of Middlesex Gentleman and Jonas Clapham of Philadelphia in the State of Pensylvania Merchant Jointly and Severally their true and Lawful Attornies giving and hereby granting unto their said Attorneys or either of them full power and Lawful Authority for them them the said Contituents and in their Names or in the Names or Name of any or either of them to ask demand levy sue for and by all lawful ways and means recover and receive of and from all and every or any person or persons whatsoever whom it shall or may concern Inhabiting or being in all any or either of the United States of America all such Sum and Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandize Effects Estate and things which now are or shall or may hereafter be due owing payable belonging or in any wise appurtaining unto the aforesaid Late partnership account of Capel & Osgood Hanbury or to them the Constituents in the Qualities aforesaid whether for Rent or Arrears of Rent Mortgage or by Bond, Note, Bill, Book debt, account consignment contract agreement Decree Sentence Judgment Execution extent of for by or upon any other account way reason or means soever nothing in Law or Equity Excepted or reserved and to that end with all and every or any person or persons whom it shall or may concern to account and to view state settle and adjust all accounts and the ballance thereof to receive and upon recovery and receipts to give one or more acquittances or other sufficient discharges in (due) |
