497 due form of Law But in case of refusal or delay by all and every or any person or persons concerned to make and render just and true account payment delivery and satisfaction in the premises them any or either of them there^un^to to compell by all Lawful ways and means whatsoever and to bargain sell assign convey and set over all or any Lands Estate or Estates or other property whatsoever which shall or may be recovered or received by Virtue hereof in such manner as their said attornies or either of them shee think proper Also (if need be) to appear before all or any Judges and Justices in any court or courts there to answer defend and reply in all matters and causes touching or concerning the premises to do say pursue implead seize sequester Distrain attach arrest Imprison and to condemn and out of Prison to Deliver also to compound conclude and agree by arbitration or other wise as their said attorney or either of them shall think fit And generally in and concerning the premises to do perform and execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as fully amply and effectually to all Intents constructions and purposes as they the said Constituents any or either of them might or could do if personally present with power to substitute one or more attornies under them or either of them with Like a limitted Power and the same again to revoke They the said Mary Hanbury and John Hunter surviving Executrix and Executor of Capel Hanbury deceased and the said David Barclay Richard Gurney and John Lloyd Executors of the said Osgood Hanbury decreased each and every of them hereby ratifying confirming and holding ^for^ good and valid all and whatsoever the said John Clapham and Jonas Clapham or either of them their or either of their Substitute or Substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the premises by virtue of these presents In Witness whereof they have hereunto set their Hands and seals the Twenty second day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five Sealed and Delivered (being first duly stampt) by Mary Hanbury David Mary Hanbury (seal) Barclay and John Lloyd in presence of James Gale John Hunter (seal) Sealed and Delivered by John Hunter in the presence of David Barclay (seal) Christ.r Codrington Sealed and Delivered by Richard Rich.d Gurney (seal) Gurney in the presence of John Lloyd (seal) Simon Martin (To) |
