       Assessed or imposed upon the said Demised premises or any part thereof by the Honourable
       House of Assembly or otherwise howsoever  And the said Charles Ridgely
       doth hereby for himself his heirs and assigns covenant and agree that they the
       said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey and Samuel Chase their Executors Administrators
       and assigns on the payment of the Rent and performance of the Covenants herein before
       mentioned and reserved on the part of them the said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey
       and Samuel Chase and their assigns to be paid and performed shall and may peaceably
       and quietly have hold use occupy and enjoy the above demised premises with the
       appurtenances for and during for and during the full end and Term of Ninety Nine
       Years for which the same is above demised without the Lett suit Trouble or Interuption
       of him the said Charles Ridgely his heirs or assigns or any other person or
       persons claiming any Title therein by from or under him them or any of them
       And lastly that he the said Charles Ridgely his heirs or assigns at any time or
       times hereafter during the continuance of this present demise at the request
       and at the proper cost and charge of them the said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey
       and Samuel Chase their Executors Administrators and assigns and on his or their
       payment or tendering in payment one years Ground rent as a fine therefor to the
       said Charles Ridgely his heirs or assigns shall make and Execute or cause to
       be made and Executed a new Lease for other Ninety Nine Years to commence
       and take effect from and at the end of the Term for which the same is above Demised
       subject to the same rent and under the like covenants and agreements as are herein
       before mentioned and so from time to time that this Lease may be renewed and
       renewable for ever  In Witness whereof the parties here to have sett their hands
       and seals to these presents the day and year first within written

                             The above Deed executed by Samuel Chase Feb.y 16.th 1786 in presence of
                                                                                                                               A C Hanson
           On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Baltimore County to wit on the sixteenth day of August 1785 came before us the
       Subscribers two Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid the parties to the within
       Instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed according to the
       true intent and meaning thereof
