272 And by these presents doth Grant Bargain sell release enfeoffe convey and Confirm unto unto him the same Edward lloyd his Heirs and Assigns for ever all and singular the several following Tracts of Land situate Land being in the County of Ann Arundell and adjoining and Contiguous to each other and the Whole of the said Lands bounded abutted and described upon an Actual Mensurection thereof according to several Metes Bounds Courses and Distances herein Expressed to wit all that Tract of Land called Wyats Hills all and singular that tract of Land called Wyats Harbour and all that Prat of a Tract of Land Crouch field contiguous and adjoining to the said two Tracts of Land before Mentioned which said two Tracts of Land and Part of a Tract of Land so bargained and sold as aforesaid are bounded abutted and discribed as follows to wit Beginning at a blown down Chesnut Tree the original first bounder of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Wyats Hills and running thence South East sixty three Perches and eight links to the said of a branch called Howards Branch then North East five Perches then North one Perch and half a Perch to the Beginning of that Prat of Crouch field conveyed to the aforesaid James Williams by Caleb Dorsey Son of Thomas thence running North fifty two degrees East ten Perches thence North forty seven and one fourth degrees East four Perches thence North eighty seven degrees East six Perches and half a Perch thence North sixty six and three fourth degrees East five Perches thence south Sixty three and a half degrees East six Perches and half a Perch thence South forty ^eight^ and one fourth degrees East six Perches and half a Perch Thence North eighty and a half degrees East six perches thence North Seventy one degrees East Seven Perches and half a Perch then North Seventy three Degrees East four Perches thence South forty three degrees East six Perches thence South fifty four and a half degrees East five Perches thence south eighty two and a half Degrees East four Perches thence North seventy eight and three fourth degrees East twelve Perches thence North eighty two and a half degrees East five Perches thence south fifty seven and three fourth degrees East six Perches thence North Seventy one and a half degrees East seven Perches and half a Perch thence ^South^ eighty seven and one fourth Degrees East four Perches thence North four and a half degrees East seven Perches thence North forty nine degrees East eight Perches thence North fifty five and three fourth degrees East fourteen Perches then North sixty one degrees East twelve Perches then North fifty five and a half degrees East ten Perches then North sixty four and one fourth degrees East ten Perches and half a Perch then South thirty six and a half degrees East two Perches then North forty eight and three fourth degrees East seven Perches then North sixty five and a half degrees East six Perches then South eighty six and three fourth degrees East six Perches then North seven and a half degrees East six Perches then North sixty seven and a half degrees East Nine Perches then North eighty four degrees East four Perches and half a Perch then North sixty degrees East seven Perches then South Eighty Six and one fourth Degrees East thirteen Perches then North forty two Degrees |
