       Grant bargain sell aliene ^remise^ release enfeoffe Convey assure and Confirm unto the said Walter
       Franklin his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns forever all his the said Thomas
       Lightfoots two full and equal undivided fifth parts of all the Messuages Lands Mills Furnaces
       Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate  And all and singular the personal Estate herein
       after mentioned that is to say two full and equal undivided fifth parts of the Tracts of Land and
       Estate herein after Mentioned  And all his Estate right and Interest of and in all that certain
       Tract or parcel of Land on Deep Creek in the County of Worcester in Maryland Containing
       about three Hundred and Ninety Acres be the same more or less called and known by the
       Name of Partnership  And all his Estate and Interest of and in Pine Grove Furnace with
       all the Furnace Saw Mill Grist Mill Mill Dams Mill Streams Houses and Buildings
       thereon and with all the Rights Members priviledges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       which Tract or parcel of Land was bought of Thomas Collier and Peter Hubbert and also
       two full and equal undivided fifth parts of all that certain Tract of Land lying in or under
       the Mill pond near the Before mentioned Tract and called or known by the name of Adams's
       Folly Containing about Two Acres  And also two full and equall undivided fifth parts of one
       other Tract or parcel of Land adjoining to Partnership Tract called and known by the
       Name of New Ireland containing Five Hundred acres which last mentioned Tract was
       bought by William Lightfoot (since dec.d) of James Hust  And also two full and equal undivided
       fifth parts of another Tract or parcel of Land in Broad Kiln Forrests in Sussex County
       (in Pensylvania called and known by the Name of Cook's Chance supposed to be and Contain
       about two Hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less which Tract was bought
       by the same Thomas Lightfoot of Samuel Painter  And also two full and equal undivided
       fifth parts of another Tract or parcel of Land lying or or near the head of Cares Neck on
       gravelly Branch in the Forrests of Broad Kiln Hundred in Sussex County in Pensilvania
       containing Right hundred and Fifty Nine Acres be the same more or less which was
       bought by the said Thomas Lightfoot of William Dartor  And also two full and equal
       undivided fifth parts of all the Iron Oar and Mines found or to be found on and in a certain
       Tract of Land known by the Name of Miles End containing about three hundred acres
       And also all iron Oar and Mines found or to be found on or in another Tract of Land of
       about One Hundred ^acres^ being part of a Tract of Land known by the name of Willson's Lott
       which last mentioned two Tracts of Land lie adjoining to each other on Barren Creek in
       Sommerset County in Maryland and now are or lately were in the possession of Benjamin
       and Joseph Venebles with full and free Priviledge at any and all Times to search for dig and
       Carry away all such Iron Oar as can or may be found in or on the last before me^n^tioned
       Two Tracts of Land called Mile End and Willson's Lott  And also two full and equal undivided
       fifth parts or shares of another Tract or parcel of Land on Lewis's Branch in Dorset County
       adjoining the Lands of Matthew Smith and others Containing about Twenty Two acres be it
       more or less which Tract was taken up by Virtue of a warrant from the Maryland Land
       Office and also two full and equal undivided fifths or shares and Rights of several warrants
       for Lands yet to be located Viz.t One from Governor John Penn in favour of Abraham
       Mitchell and others bearing date the Twenty Ninth day of August One thousand seven
       hundred and sixty four for locating two thousand Acres of Land on or near the North West
