       for ever  And also for the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife &
       each of them and in their and each of their Names Places and steads to enter execute sign
       seal and deliver any Contract or Contracts Agreement or Agreements Deed or Deeds or other
       Instrument or Instruments in writing with or to any Person or Persons whomsoever for
       the Sale Disposal granting conveying releasing or assuring the said Premises or any Part
       or Parts thereof and all their and each of their Estate Right Title and Interest therein or
       thereto in such Manner as their said Attorneys shall jointly or severally think proper and
       to do execute and perform all and every other lawful Act and Acts Matters and things whatsoever
       needful requisite or competent to be done for the better and more effectual barring and
       destroying not only the Dower Claim or Right of Dower of the said Hannah Richardson but also
       all Estates Tail and the Remainders and Reversions thereon expectant and depending of and
       the said Premises and for declaring the Uses thereof and also selling disposing off granting conveying
       releasing or assuring the same or any Part ^or Parts^ thereof to any purchasor or Purchasors thereof as
       fully and effectually to all Intents Constructions and Purposes whatsoever as if they the said
       Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife were themselves personally present
       and had done the same in their own proper Persons and also for the said Anthony Richardson
       (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife and each of them and in their and each of their Names
       Places and Steads but to and for their Use to take accept and receive of and from all & every
       Person and Persons whomsoever who shall become a Purchasor or Purchasors of the said Premises
       or any Part or Parts thereof his her or their purchase Money or purchase Monies for the same
       And also for the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife and each of
       them and in their and each of their Names Places and Steads or otherwise to give make
       execute sign seal and deliver good and sufficient Acquittance or Acquittances Release or
       Releases or other Discharge or Discharges for the same And the said Anthony Richardson
       (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife do hereby give and grant unto their said Attornies jointly
       or severally full Power and Authority to make substitute and appoint one or more Attorney or
       Attornys under them for the Purposes aforesaid and the same again at pleasure to revoke and
       generally to do all and every other lawful and reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things whatsoever
       about or concerning the Premises and that as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purposes
       whatsoever as they themselves might or could do if Personally present Hereby ratifying confirming
       and allowing all and whatsoever their said Attornies jointly & severally their Substitute
       or Substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done in about or concerning the Premises
