       Reference being thereto had will more fully and at large appear  And whereas the said
       Anthony Richardson the Father soon afterwards departed this Life without revoking or altering
       his said will  And Whereas the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) is now seized in
       Fee Tail of and in the Premises devised to him in and by the said in Part recited will  And
       Whereas the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife are desirous
       of barring defeating and destroying not only the Dower Claim or Right of Dower of
       the said Hannah Richardson but also his the said Anthony Richardson's (Party hereto)
       Estate Tail of and in the said Premises so devised to him in and by the said will
       and the Reversion thereon expectant and depending and all other Estates Tail Remainders
       and Reversions (if any there be) of and in the said Premises and also of selling and
       disposing thereof Now Know ye that for the barring defeating and effectual
       destroying not only the Dower Claim or Right of Dower of the said Hannah Richardson
       but also all Estates Tail and all Remainders and Reversions thereon expectant or depending
       of and in the said Premises and for the selling disposing of and conveying the same
       and for other good Causes and Considerations He the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto)
       and Hannah his wife have and each of them Hath made ordained authorized constituted
       deputed and appointed and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth make ordain
       authorize constitute depute and appoint James Dickinson and Joseph Sim of Maryland
       Esquires their and each of their true and lawful Attornies jointly or severally for them
       the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) and Hannah his wife and each of them and in
       their and each of their Names Places and Steads to enter into execute sign seal and deliver
       any Deed or Deeds Instrument or Instruments in writing to make a Tenant to the Precipe
       in order to the suffering one or more common Recovery or Recoveries or the acknowledging
       or levying one or more Fine or Fines of the said Premises and all and every other Acts Matters
       or things whatsoever needful competent or requisite to be done for the destroying barring
       and defeating not only the Dower Claim or Right of Dower of the said Hannah
       Richardson but also all Estates Tail and the Remainders and Reversions thereon
       expectant and depending and also for declaring the Uses of such Common Recovery or Recoveries
       Fine or Fines or other Acts Matters or things competent or requisite for the doing thereof for
       the Use of the said Anthony Richardson (Party hereto) his Heirs and Assigns for ever or to
       the Use of any Purchaasor or Purchasors thereof his her and their Heirs and Assigns
