x.d  Maryland fs   This Indenture made the last Day of
       November Anno Domiin one thousand seaven hundred and
       Nine Between John Stallings of Calvert County Planter of
       the one part and Samuell Chew the father of ^&^ Samuel Chew
       the son both of Annarrundell County Merchants of the other
       part witnesseth that the said John Stalling for and in Consideration
       of the Yearly Rents & Covenants hereinafter expressed
       which on the part of the said Samuel Chew the father and the
       said Samuell Chew the son are to be paid Done & Pformed Hath demised
       granted sett and to farm Let unto them the said Samuell Chew
       the father & Samuell Chew the son and to their Executors Administ.rs
       & Assignes  All those two percells of Land lying In Calvert
       County Containing to gether two hundred Acres to wit one parcell of
       Land Called Stalling's Lot surveyed for one hundred & fifty Acres the
       5.th of July 1677 and the other being part of that part of
       Robinsons Rest that now is or lately was in possession of the
       said John Stallings and adjoyning to the said Stalling's Lot
       the same two hundred Acres to be butted and bounded as followeth
       first the sd Stalling's Lot according to the lines of the survey
       their of & then from the west side their of to extend lines to the
       westward into the said Stalling's part of Robinsons Rest takeing
       the whole breadth of such his said part untill by North
       & South bounds the Just quantity of two hundred Acres of Land
       shall upon the said two parcells of Land be fully made good &
       Compleated together with full liberty of building such & soe many
       houses and Buildings upon any part of the said hereby Demised
       Land to Clear & use according to the way & manner of Plantations in
       this Province to all intents & purposes whatsoever To have and to
       hold the said two hundred Acres of Land being butted & bounded as
       aforesaid and all hereditaments & appurtenances therunto belonging
       or in any wise appertaining unto the said Samuell Chew the father
       and the said Samuell Chew the son their Executors Adminst.rs and
       Assignes for and Dureing and untill the full end & term of twenty
       one yeares Comence from the Day of the Date here of Yeilding and
       paying yearly & every Year upon the Day of the Date here of
       which shall be in every year as a Rent the sum of Five
                                                                      (hundred)
