       hundred pounds of Tobacco to the said John Stallings his
       heires & Assignes  And the said Samuell Chew the father &
       the said Samuell Chew the son for them selves their Executors
       & Administ.rs doe by these presents Covenant gra^n^t & agree to and
       with the said John Stalling his heires & Assignes that they
       the said Samuell the father & the sd Samuell the son their
       Executors & Administ.rs shall & will pay & descharge the sd
       yearly Rents to the sd John Stalling his heires & Assignes
       upon the Day in every Year upon which the same by these
       presents Ought to be paid  In Witness whereof the partyes to
       these presents have interchangably set their hands & seales
       the Day & year first above written

       On the Back side of the foregoeing Deed was thus
       Endorst Vizt
       Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of us W.m Holland
       Joseph Chew   James Heath

       Memoran.d the Day within Dated Came the within

       Deed before me according to act of Assembly for
       acknowledging Conveyances

       of December Anno Domini One thousand seaven hundred
       & Nine Between John Stalling Richard Stalling &
       Jacob Stalling of Calvert County Planters sons of Richard
       Stalling late of the same County Deceased of the one part
       & Samuell Chew the father & Samuell Chew the son of
       Annarrundell County Merchants of the other part witnesseth
       that for & in Consideration of the sum of Fifty pounds
       sterling money of Great Brittain to them the said John
       Stalling Richard Stalling & Jacob Stalling in hand
       well & truely paid by the said Samuell Chew the father
       & the said Samuell Chew the son at and before Sealing
       and Delivery of these presents the receipt where of
       they the said John Richard & Jacob Doe hereby
       acknowledge and of all and every part there of Doe here
