       part thereof doth hereby acquitt and discharge the said Edmund Howard his heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs
       and every of them and alsoe for diverse other good causes and Consideracons him thereunto moveing
       Hath given granted bargained aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these p.rsents doth give
       grant bargaine aliene enfeoffe and confirme unto the said Edmund Howard all that parcell of
       Land comonly called or knowne by the name of Glyneath scituate lyeing and being on the
       Easterne Shoare in Pocomoke River On the Nothermost side of the said River Begining att
       a marked Oake standing on the poynt of a Marsh that make the mouth of the narrow and
       runing North west and by North the breadth of Two hundred perches along Pocomoke bay side
       to a marked oake standing on the banke of the said Bay thence runing North North east the
       length of Three hundred and Twenty perches into the woods to a marked pyne thence runing on
       a lyne South East and by South the breadth of Two hundred perches to a marked Oake standing
       by the River side neer the Indian bridge thence runing downe the River side South South west
       Three hundred and Twenty perches to the first bounder containing by estimacon four
       hundred Acres of land more or lesse together with all Pattents escripts minum.ts and all and
       singular the rights profitts priviledges and appurtences to the said parcell of land belonging
       or anyways appertaining To have and to hold the said parcell of land to him the said
       Edmund Howard his heires and Assignes forever with warranty against all persons
       whatsoever clayming by from or under him the said Daniel Pensax his heires or Assignes or
       any of them And the Said Daniel Pensax doth hereby Covenant grant and agree to and
       with the said Thomas Howard that he the said Daniel att the time of the sealing and delivery
       of these p.rsents hath good right full power and lawfull authority to grant sell alien & Confirme
       unto the said Edmund Howard his heires and assignes the above said parcell of land and
       p.rmisses as aforesaid And that the said Edmund Howard his heires and Assignes shall
       and may have hold Occupy possess and enjoy the above said parcell of land with all and
       singuler the apprtences without any lett suit trouble eviccon molestacon or interrupcon
       of him the said Daniel & Mary his wife his and their heires Executo.rs or Assignes or either
       of them In witness whereof the said Daniel Pensax hath hereunto sett his hand and seale
       the day & year first above written
